Returns and Exchanges Policy
All Free and Form full priced items to be refunded or exchanged within 7 days of receiving the merchandise as long as it has not been worn, washed, or damaged in any way. The merchandise must be accompanied by original sales receipt, tags attached, in place, and need to be sent back in the original packaging.

If your exchange is within the guidelines listed you have 7 days from the date you receive the package to notify us at info@freeandform.com for exchange authorisation. Please return goods to:

Return shipping is payable by the customer and must be sent via a prepaid and traceable method to ensure safe and documented delivery. Free and Form take no responsibility for missing incoming deliveries without proof of delivery. The original shipping charges are not refundable and, if you are exchanging for an alternative item, a shipping charge might be applied.

Store credit note will be provided for exchanges which will be issued once return has been approved for credit. There is no guarantee we will have your desired exchange piece in the desired size or color, but you can use the credit note to purchase any new style you desire that's in stock and the credit never expires until it's been fully used.

 

Sale items
Sale items cannot be refunded, however we do offer exchanges and credit note on all sale items. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning and resending of your item. Please make sure you contact us within 7 days of receiving the merchandise as long as it has not been worn, washed, or damaged in anyway. The exchanged merchandise must be accompanied by original sales receipt, tags attached, in place, and need to be sent back in the original packaging. Faulty Goods
Each garment is quality checked before leaving our warehouse, however if there is a fault in the garment or it has been damaged during shipping a refund will be processed less shipping as soon as possible however please allow up to 2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your credit card statement. Please email us at info@freeandform.com before returning any merchandise.

Free and Form reserve the right to deny refunds/exchange if the merchandise does not meet our returns policy requirements once assessed.
